Zyrica Shilae Banks

Zyrica Shilae Banks, 22, of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at her home. Born on July 17, 2003, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of Kusanya Banks-Walker and the late Charles Banks.

Zyrica worked as a substitute teacher with the Davidson County School System in Nashville. She found great joy in being around children and cherished the time she spent with her friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Tyshawn Banks.

Zyrica leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Kusanya (Dashaun) Walker; four siblings, Kalari Walker, Ameera Walker, and Domino Walker; her fiancé, Kyair Sweeney; and a host of other relatives and friends.
