Zachery Wade Baxter

Zachery Wade Baxter of Grand Blanc, born July 25, 1999, passed away suddenly on March 12, 2026.

He was the beloved son of Dylan and Kristina Baxter of Davison. Zachery graduated from Davison High School and attended West Virginia University, where he embraced life as a Mountaineer. On August 25, 2023, he married Jessica Kosten, and together they welcomed their daughter, Abigail Ann, on December 6, 2025.

Zachery is survived by his wife Jessica Baxter and daughter Abigail Ann; his parents, Dylan and Kristina Baxter; his sisters Aleena (Brian) Markowicz and Briana (Zachary) Phelps; niece Makinlee Mae and nephew Acre Cash; and his grandmothers Janice Garcia and Judy Emery, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Byron Baxter, Louis Appolonia, and George Emery.

Zachery loved God, his family, and the outdoors. He was always ready for a game of Euchre or a match of pickleball. A proud Eagle Scout and black belt in Tang So Do, he also cherished running cross country and playing baseball. He will be deeply missed and forever remain a missing piece in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
