Zachary Somerville

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Zachary Somerville of Dubuque, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2026 at the age of 30. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Zachary Somerville to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Brian Somerville; his brother Ethan; and his grandparents, Jim, Linda Somerville and Joseph Krier.

He is survived by: his mother Laura Somerville (Krier) of Dubuque; his siblings, Austin Somerville of St. Petersburg, FL and Peyton Somerville of Dubuque; his grandmother Deb Krier (Joseph Korzelik); his aunt Tina Krier; his uncle Brian Krier (Jackie); his close friend Beretta; his cousins, Hallie, Amanda, Debbie, Isaac, Isabel, Maverick and Marcello; and his pet Chewy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). A wake will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
