She was born on October 5, 1936, in Chicago, IL.Beloved wife and high school sweetheart of Norman Sather, whom she married on June 9, 1957, loving mother of William "Bill" (the late Sue) Sather of Middleton, WI, John (Sharyn) Sather of Naperville and Eric (Susan) Sather of Palo Alto, CA, adored grandmother of Nick (Emalee) Sather and twin granddaughters, Lydia and Julia Sather, cherished great-grandmother of Edison and Boden Sather, daughter of the late Anthony and Lydia (née Schnell) Amelianovich, daughter-in-law of the late Norman and Ruth Sather, sister-in-law of Judith "Judy" Clifford, the late Richard (Judy Ann) Sather and the late Gary (Jane) Sather, dear niece of the late Fred and Della Hoppenstedt, cousin of Sharon (the late Jim) Fulmer, cousin-in-law of Sharon (Bob) Randall and Jim Sather, fond aunt, great-aunt, great-great aunt and friend to many.Yvonne was a caring and generous person with an optimistic and confident outlook. Her first love was being a mother and homemaker. During the early years of her marriage with Norman, she and her family lived in Minneapolis, Seattle and Cambridge, England, before settling in Naperville in 1974.
