Yvonne Morse ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Perl Funeral Home - Medford on Mar. 17, 2026.Yvonne "Kay" Morse passed away peacefully at her home in Shady Cove, Oregon, on Friday evening, March 13, 2026, at the age of 86.Born on October 15, 1939, in Burke, South Dakota, she was the daughter of Wilfred Neuroth and Lila Pfaff. Kay moved to Oregon early in life and was raised by her mother, Lila, and her stepfather, Max Burd.She graduated from Crater High School, where she met the love of her life, Bill Morse. They married in 1957 and built a life rooted in devotion, hard work, and family. Together they welcomed their son, Timothy, in 1958 and their daughter, Tori, in 1961. Kay balanced raising her children with working as a florist, later supporting Bill in his grocery broker business and eventually working as a bookkeeper.Family was always at the center of Kay's world. One of her greatest joys was her grandchildren, whom she was tirelessly devoted to. She surrounded herself with the people and passions that brought her happiness. An avid antique collector, she delighted in curating and displaying her many treasures. She enjoyed golfing, playing bridge with lifelong friends, and joining Bill on fishing trips. A lover of the arts, she attended theater performances and volunteered at theBritt Festival for more than 25 summers.Kay lived her faith with quiet strength and unwavering commitment. A devout Catholic and longtime member of Shepherd of the Valley, she dedicated over 20 years to volunteering at the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store. Guided by gratitude for the blessings in her life, she shared her values, generosity, and love with everyone around her.She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred Neuroth and Lila Pfaff; her stepfather, Max Burd; and her son, Timothy Morse.She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Bill Morse; her siblings, Ross Burd and Debbie Herring; her daughter, Tori Dulwick; five grandchildren; and fourgreat grandchildren.A Funeral Mass will be held at Shepherd of the Valley Catholic Church in Central Point, Oregon, at 11:30 AM on Monday, March 23, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul at http://www.stvincentdepaulmedford.info/financial-support.html.
