Yolanda Saavedra Osambela passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Born on May 23, 1931, in Moyobamba, Peru, she was the beloved and only daughter of Mercedes Osambela Perea and Jose Saavedra.
Yolanda lived a life devoted to family, kindness, and quiet strength. She carried with her the warmth and traditions of her Peruvian roots and shared that love with everyone around her. Her presence brought comfort, wisdom, and joy to those fortunate enough to know her.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Armando (Dung) Anaya and Luis (Elizabeth) Anaya. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Angelica, Yolanda, Jorge, Stephanie, and Sebastian, who will always cherish her love, guidance, and the many memories they shared together.
Yolanda’s gentle spirit, enduring love for her family, and the legacy she leaves behind will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
