Born in Hazard, KY, she was the daughter of the late Wathen Edward and Edith Mtichell Combs."Noni" as she was known to many, enjoyed gardening and landscaping. She was devoted to her family and cherished time with them.She is survived by her son, Blake McBrayer; siblings, Elva Wray Robertson, J.E. Combs and Glenn Combs; grandchildren, Kendra Blake McBrayer and Holly (Tyler) Howard.
