He was predeceased by: his father John Weldon; his brothers, Jed (Toni) and Chuck Weldon (Diane Richter); and his father-in-law John Baker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Baker; his children, Anna Hulburt (Brian), Drew Weldon and Faye Weldon (David Fane); his grandchildren, Peyton, Elle Johnson, Addison and Evan Hulburt; his sister Jody Gleasman (Dan); his sibling's children, Matt Weldon, Casey Weldon, Jenny Elson, Katie Grinell, Mary Weldon and Sarah Sunleaf; and his friends, Dick Hill and Steve Ueck. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Honquest Family Funeral Home (11342 Main St, Roscoe, IL 61073). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Honquest Funeral Home - Roscoe Chapel (11342 Main St, Roscoe, IL 61073).
