He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rhoads and Anna Rhoads (McFarlane). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Rhoads (DiFilippo); his children, Joseph and Valerie; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander, Victoria, Daniel, Samantha and Keira; and his great grandchild Weston.
