It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R Landis of Herndon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Landis and Grace Landis (Schaffer); and his wife Anna K. Rothermel. He is survived by: his children, Karen Troutman (Richard), Sharon Salcone (Michael) and Timothy Landis (Jacki); his grandchildren, Ryan Troutman (Angela), Scott Troutman (Melissa), Dr. Sarah Salcone-Maio (Joseph), Evan Salcone, Eli Strawser (Mackenzie), Isaac Bell (Jennifer Raup), Ainsley Landis and Thaddeus Landis; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Emma, Olivia, Julianna Troutman and Lacey Strawser; and his brother Leo Landis (Nancy).

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Himmel's Church (107 Covered Bridge Rd, Dornsife, PA 17823). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
