William Prendergast

William J. Prendergast, known to all as Bill, was born on February 11, 1942, and passed away on March 11, 2026. A graduate of Belmont High School, he enjoyed a long career with General Motors before retiring.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Donna; his sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Dan Beach; his son, Doug; his daughter, Shari; and his stepchildren, Patrick, Michelle, Roberta, and Katie. He was a cherished grandfather to twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Those who knew him will remember the warmth and joy he brought to his family. His loved ones are grateful for the compassionate care provided by Ohio Valley Hospice during his final days.
