He is survived by his wife, Mary Hall; his children, William Hall III (Heather), Christopher Rathburn (Stephanie), and Shelley Furlow (Keith), all of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Jared, Lacie, Holli, Alannah, Hadleigh, and Landon. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
William lived a full life marked by the love of his family and the quiet strength he brought to those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
