William was raised by his maternal grandparents Ernest and Nancy.He graduated from West Mesa High School IN 1988. He became a father in 1997 to Nathaniel Martinez. In 2007 he met the love of his life, Michelle Hearn, and married her on September 18, 2010. That is also when he got a daughter, Dametria, to make his family complete. William and Michelle were always together and never leaving each other's side for the next 16 years.William finally went to college in his 40's where he earned an associate's degree in Welding and his CDL. He got his first chance after college from Mr. Anderson at Hot Shot Dash Services, driving a truck and welding. Almost 5 years ago, he took the opportunity at Bloomfield Nursing Home to become the Maintenance Director, so he would be home more for his family.He loved to go shooting, taking drives, working with his hands, and most of all he loved spending time with his wife and daughter. William is preceded in death by Mother Rose Armijo and grandparents Ernest and Nancy Armijo. William is survived by wife, Michelle Martinez, daughter, Dametria Hearn, son, Nathaniel Martinez, and aunt, Antonette Armijo. William was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend. William will always be missed and never forgotten.Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Brewer Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute Street in Farmington, NM with reception at Michelle and William's home from 2:00 pm to whenever.
