William Larry Sayne

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Larry Sayne of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elbert Sayne and Myrtle Dowdy Sayne; his wife Brenda Sayne; his sister Joyce; and his brothers-in-law, J. B. Brown, Bill Ledford and Bruno Carillo.

He is survived by: his son Terry Dwayne Sayne of Gainesville; his siblings-in-law, Steve Ledford, Danny Ledford, Janice Ledford and Peggy Carillo; and his grandchildren, Tyler Channell, Coraly Baker, Bella Sayne and Malorie Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533).
