William “Bill” Lally, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on March 8, 2026. Born in Redcliff, Colorado, on May 13, 1928, to Frank and Bessie Lally, Bill grew up with a strong sense of duty that would shape his entire life.

A World War II veteran, he served honorably as a Radarman in the United States Coast Guard. In 1949, he married the love of his life, Annamae Frazier. Their marriage lasted 75 years, filled with deep companionship and faithfulness. Together they built a home in Leadville, Colorado, before moving to Loveland in 1971. Bill was known for his wisdom, humor, and quiet perseverance, qualities that touched everyone who knew him. He remained deeply devoted to his faith, his family, his friends, and his country throughout his 97 years.

He is survived by his daughters, Roseann (Jerry) Ashley and Carol (Keith) Leonard; grandchildren, William (Amanda) Ashley, Michael (Destiny) Ashley, and Shannon (Tom) Lotz; and great-grandchildren, Henry and Charles Ashley, Brently and Lyam Ashley, and Ashlyn and Addyson Lotz. He was preceded in death by his wife Annamae, his parents, and his siblings.
