Billy graduated from Jay County High School in 1999 and entered the United States Navy.Following his stint in the military, Billy worked for a few different companies, but loved working as a DJ. Recently, Billy was employed with Wal-Mart for the last few years.Some of Billy's hobbies included cooking and Karaoke. Billy was a music and movie buff who could name any song or any group. He also enjoyed watching wrestling.Most important to Billy was his family. He is survived by his father, Bill (Deb) St. John, Yorktown; his mother, Tammy (Spence) McCool, Pennville; his fiancée, Amy Decker, Portland; son, Gabe St. John, Eaton; daughters, Abbi St. John, Eaton and Sadie Simpson, Portland; son, Zachary Henderson; a grandson, Atticus St. John; three sisters, Becca (John) Fike, Portland, Lindsey (Dylan) Stamper, Muncie, and Chelsey (Heaven) Bennett, five brothers, Joe (Molly) Lee, Reed City, MI, Thomas (Jackie) Lee, Greenville, OH, Jason McCool, Tom McCool, and Josh McCool; grandmother, Roberta Smith, Modoc; Amy's parents, Cheryl and Joe Seubert; Amy's sister, Beth (Jason) Young; several nieces and nephews; and several aunts and uncles.He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, James St. John and James Smith; and a grandmother, Lue Dean Miller.Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, from 1:00 pm until service time at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026.Online condolences may be directed to the family at www.meeksmortuary.com.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
