William Joseph "Joe" Kaiser Jr.

William Joseph “Joe” Kaiser Jr. passed away peacefully at home on March 10, 2026. Born in Monroe, Louisiana, on September 3, 1944, Joe grew up in Albany, Georgia, the son of Lt. Col. William J. Kaiser Sr. and Lucille Clark Kaiser.

He is survived by his beloved son, William J. Kaiser III, and his grandchildren, Elena Kaiser and William Kaiser of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, John and Tina Kaiser.

After serving in the 82nd Airborne, Joe spent forty years as a salesman of beauty supply products, building a wide circle of friends throughout southeast Georgia. He cherished time with his family, and when he was not working he could often be found on the golf course, where he spent many happy hours with friends sharpening his game. Joe’s love of life, quick sense of humor, and gift for storytelling drew people to him and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
