With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Jefferson Wright of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jefferson Wright, Sr. and Evelyn Murphy Wright; and his son Stuart Wright. He is survived by: his wife Angela Wilson Wright of West Monroe, Louisiana; his son Jason Wright (Rachael Wright); his sister Billie French (Craig French); his nephew Bobby Bryant; his mother-in-law Mary Summers; his sister Phyllis; his brothers-in-law, Kyle Sayers and Brandon Bentley (Sol); his siblings' children, Jovie, Lyra, Courtney, Kelsi and Matthew; and his grandchildren, Rylian Wright, Madylin Duckworth (Tyler Duckworth), Hank Wright, Denver Wright, Marleah Campbell and Breyden Dutton.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Homes (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
