Bill was a lifelong resident of the Hornell and Bath area whose quiet strength and steady presence left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He lived his life with humility and genuine care for his family and friends, offering his time and support without fanfare.
He will be deeply missed by his loving family and all those whose lives he touched. The family will gather on Sunday, April 19th at the First Baptist Church in Hornell from 1 to 3 p.m. to honor and remember his life.
