William "Bill" Farrell, age 97, of Tewksbury, Reading, and Boone, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026. Born on September 1, 1928, Bill was cherished for his warm spirit, lively sense of humor, and remarkable talent as a storyteller.
He was the beloved husband of Veronica Barbara Farrell (Hill). Bill is survived by his daughters, Susan and Buzz Gjertson, Nancy and Phil D'Eon, Kathy Farrell, and Barbara and Paul Beaton, along with five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Billy Farrell.
Bill’s life was defined by the love he shared with his family and the joy he brought to those around him through his gentle presence and engaging tales. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
