WILLIAM F. POLLARD Jr.

William F. Pollard Jr., formerly of Brookline, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Joan (Eisenstein) Pollard, and their two sons, Sean and his wife Anna of Marlborough, and Jonah and his wife Aileen of Newton. He was the devoted Papa of Thomas, Emily, Maia, and Pierce.

The oldest of nine siblings, William was predeceased by his sister Edna and is survived by Jean, Michael, Mary, Roy, Florence, John, and David. He was the son of the late William F. and Florence Pollard. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served as a paratrooper with the 173rd Brigade in Vietnam.

His greatest pleasure was returning each day to the home he shared with his wife and children, where his quiet devotion and steady presence anchored the family he cherished.
