Weston Orion Jolly, infant son of Jackson McKinnon Jolly and Emilyn Faith Hingst, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at his home in Sumter. He was born on September 4, 2025, in Sumter.
Weston brought light and joy to everyone he met. He smiled freely and trusted without hesitation. His mother often said that if you had milk to offer, he was yours. In his short time on earth, he formed deep bonds that will endure. He cherished time with his mommy, especially playing peek-a-boo. He loved playing helicopter with his daddy, hearing his Poppy sing “Jesus Loves Me,” practicing casting a fishing pole with his Paw-Paw while sipping sweet tea, enjoying fudge bars and coffee with his Nee-Naw, singing the ABCs and taking strolls with his Lala, napping with his Aunt Ree-Ree, having sleepovers with his Aunt Nena, and watching his cousins Dawson, Brooks, and Ada play. Though he was only beginning to speak at six months, he was clearly forming the words “ma-ma” and “da-da.” Small in size, Weston filled every heart he touched.
He is survived by his parents, Jackson and Emilyn; paternal grandparents, Doc and Kim Jolly; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Shannon Hingst; paternal great-grandmother, Camille Jolly; maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Linda Hingst, Anna Lee Tallmage, and George Edward Tallmage, Sr. (Susie); two aunts, Riley Hingst (Dayven McLeod) and Savannah Collins (Cody); and one uncle, Walker Motley.
