He was born to the late Joseph Junior Dover and Charles Ann McGhee Smith on December 1, 1960 in Gainesville, Georgia.A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM. The service will be officiated by Reverend Ken Anderson. Interment will follow at Wauka Mountain Baptist Cemetery.
