Wayne P. Bogar

Wayne P. Bogar, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton. He is survived by his son Michael Bogar and his wife Barbara, his daughter Lisa Logan, three grandchildren, Amanda, Kenneth, and Matthew, and eight great-grandchildren, Madison, Briea, Zachary, Aiden, Dexter, Lydia, Owen, and Oliver. He also leaves his sister Sharon, brothers James and Steven, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Ronald Bogar.

Born in Worcester to the late James and Ingrid (Forsberg) Bogar, Wayne graduated from Commerce High School before proudly serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for many years as a sales representative at Spag’s in Shrewsbury. A dedicated Mason and Shriner, he remained an active member of the Marine Corps League throughout his life.

He will be remembered for his steadfast character, his quiet pride in service, and the deep love he held for his family.
