Wayne M. Turnbull

Wayne M. Turnbull, 67, of Hooksett, passed away on March 10, 2026 at home surrounded by his family. Born on February 1, 1959 in Lowell, Massachusetts, Wayne proudly served in the United States Army as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. He later earned an Associate’s degree in computer science from Hesser College and built a career as a computer systems engineer.

Wayne had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, scuba diving, cutting and splitting wood, recycling scrap metal, listening to rock ’n’ roll, and riding his Harley whenever he could. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Callie.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lee F. and Josephine (Wieczhalek) Turnbull, Wayne Herbert and his wife Grace, and his best friend, Ron Laferriere.

Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Diane (Bournival) Turnbull; his daughters, Allison Kellett and her husband William, and Jennifer Turnbull and her husband Stephen Frechette; his five grandchildren, Teyla, Jackson and Riker Kellett, Logan Turnbull, and Owen Frechette; his siblings, Joseph Turnbull and his wife Cheryl, Lisa Jennings and her husband Chris, and Glenn Turnbull and his wife Michele; his half-siblings, Scott, Matt and Katie Herbert; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
