Wayne was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Harry Wayne Ripperdan and Valarie Shelton on May 16,1980.Wayne is survived by his partner and soulmate Angel Hullinger, his mother Valarie Shelton, brother Greg Brown (Melanie), mother-in-law Carolyn German, children Marissa Ripperdan and Jordan Hullinger.
