Ireland & Son Funeral Home and Chapel on Mar. 9, 2026.With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Waylon Ryan Epperley, a precious and deeply loved baby boy who passed away on February 24, 2026, at just 7 months old. Waylon was born on July 19, 2025, and in his short time here, he filled the lives of those around him with immeasurable love, joy, and beautiful memories.Waylon was the cherished son of Ryann Renee Epperley and William Brett Wynd, who loved him beyond measure. From the moment he arrived, he filled their lives with laughter, warmth, and unforgettable moments that will forever live in their hearts. He is also lovingly survived by his brothers, Easton Epperley, Mason Wynd, and Brody Wynd, half-sister Maddison Wynd.Waylon was adored by his grandparents Kim Epperley, Chad Epperley, Debbie Wynd, and Greg Wynd, and by his great-grandmother Sherry Duncan, along with many other loving family members who held him close to their hearts.Waylon had the sweetest personality and brought joy to everyone who met him. He loved staring at himself, playing with his little keys and musical toys, and flashing his big, beautiful smiles, especially for his mom. His expressive little side-eye and the way he loved to grab his cords were just a few of the many little things that made him so special.Despite the challenges he faced in his young life, Waylon was known as the happiest baby, always bringing light and love into the room. His laughter and sweet spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.Though Waylon's time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will last a lifetime. His family will forever carry his light in their hearts and will always remember the joy he brought into their lives. For such a small little life, Waylon made an immeasurable impact. He will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be part of the hearts of those who knew him.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
