He was born on December 21, 1934 in Port Huron to the late Edgar and Marion (Green) Cribbins.Warren graduated from Port Huron High School in June 11, 1953. He served honorably in the United States Army from 1953-1955. He was an Atomic Bomb Veteran and was awarded the Atomic Veterans Commendation Service Medal and the Atomic Veteran Service Certificate. He was a member of the American Legion Post 0008.After returning from the military, he took over the family Centennial farm. Farming was his passion. He enjoyed taking care of the farm animals and working with his children, who were in the 4-H.He was a loyal employee of Mueller Brass Company in Port Huron, for over 30 years.He and Judy belonged to a snowmobile club and enjoyed wintering in Florida, for many years. Warren was an avid card player and hunter. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with family and many friends over the years. He was known as the life of the party. He was a loyal neighbor, friend and family member. He was always there for his family and friends and will be sadly missed.Warren is survived by his wife of 69 years, Judith (Gates) Cribbins, sons, James (Sheryl) Cribbins and John Cribbins, daughter, Susan (Cribbins) Porrett, grandchildren; Chelsea (Josh) Williams and Jimmy Cribbins, four great grandchildren; Tripp Williams, Briar Williams, Estelle Williams and J.W. Cribbins, and sisters-in-law; Betty Sue O'Brien, Barb (Richard) Berdan and Jane Gates.Warren was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Fredrick and Joan Cribbins, and brothers-in-law; Patrick O'Brien and Richard Gates.A memorial service will be held on Friday - May 8, 2026 at 12:00pm in the Jowett Funeral Home - 1634 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron. Minister Shaun Laurain will officiate.
