Warren E. Bush II, known affectionately as “Froggy” to family and friends, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica and Stacy, three granddaughters, Cimara, Mercedes, and Alonna, his sister-in-law Audrey Bush, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Froggy was the eldest son of Robert and Laura Bush. He spent most of his life in the Deposit, New York, area, where he graduated from Deposit Central School in 1980. He enjoyed hunting, refereeing and coaching sports, and was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Indianapolis Colts. A longtime volunteer firefighter with the Deposit Fire Department, he worked as a tractor-trailer driver and school bus driver before becoming a transportation supervisor, which took him to the Mount Kisco area for several years. He later returned to the Sidney area, where he enjoyed spending time at the VFW and American Legion halls with family and friends, often sharing his strong opinions on politics.
He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Laura Bush, his sister Susie, his brother Robert Bush, and his grandparents Warren and Waneta Bush.
