Wanda Shirley Wells

Wanda Shirley Wells, 64, of Oconee County, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. She was the devoted wife of the late Steven Thomas Wells and the daughter of the late Roy Christopher Shirley and Willene Mize Shirley Moore.

A native of Oconee County, Wanda was of the Baptist faith. She will be remembered for her carefree spirit, her deep love of music, and the laughter she brought to those around her.

She is survived by her daughters Tosha Derrick (Scotty), Kristy Wells (Christopher Henderson), Andrea Gilbert, and Amber Gilbert; her brothers Donnie Shirley (Shirley) and Roger Shirley (Dallas); and her sister Angie Long (Keith).

A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at a later date.
