She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Mattix and Maude Mattix (Green); her husband Ralph Parsons Jr.; her son Steven Parsons; her grandchildren, Rebecca Parsons Shack and Melvin Shack; and her siblings, Glen Mattix, Donna Wise, Viola Burtis, Luella Clark and Alice Jacques.

She is survived by: her children, Sam Parsons (Angela) of Marion, Sharon Gary (Thomas) of Prospect and Sheila Eber (Chris) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Steve Parsons (Janyo), James Gary (Jacinta), Aleyna Brodman (John), Chrisēē Roseberry (Randy), Jeff Eber (Sabrina), Jayson Gary (Kylie), Jeremy Parsons (Jamie), Shae Craft (Ryan) and Amethyst Christian (Donavon). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Glendale Union Cemetery (105 Glendale St, Cardington, OH 43315).
