Wanda L. Hoffman

Wanda L. Hoffman, 81, of Moline, passed away on March 11, 2026, at MercyOne Genesis in Silvis.

Born on April 18, 1944, in Moline, Illinois, Wanda was the daughter of Lester E. and Irene (Braet) Kolls. A graduate of Alleman High School, class of 1962, she worked briefly at Dials Finance in Rock Island before marrying Gary Hoffman. Together they had one son, Jeffrey, who preceded her in death in 1978. A longtime member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Wanda was a devoted homemaker known for her impeccable eye for interior design. She remained a loyal fan of the Boston Celtics and cherished all things Hallmark, especially their movies and greeting cards.

Wanda is survived by her brother, Gary W. and Teresa A. (Yakovich) Kolls, their son Connor Jeffrey (Kelci) Kolls and Carra, along with many nieces, nephews, and a large, loving extended family. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved son Jeffrey in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum.
