He was predeceased by his parents, Walter P. Ulbricht and Brigitte Ulbricht (Steidl), and his sister Barbara Egenberger. Walter is survived by his wife Peggy Ulbricht, his children Alissa Beyer (Troy) and Kurt Ulbricht, his grandsons Jacek and Tycen Beyer, and his brother Bob Ulbricht.
A lifelong resident of the Fox Valley, Walter built a quiet and steady life centered on his family. He found deep fulfillment in his role as husband, father, and grandfather, cherishing time spent with Peggy, watching his children grow, and sharing moments with his grandsons. Those who knew him will remember the consistent, gentle presence he brought to the lives of the people he loved.
