Walter Gerald Faber, of South Haven, Kansas, passed away on March 10, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on November 6, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas, to Walt and Geraldine (Orth) Faber, Walter lived a life marked by creativity, supportiveness, humor, and a deep capacity for love.

He and his wife, Jennifer, owned and operated a local pizza restaurant in Spring Hill, Kansas, where Walter’s passion for cooking and willingness to experiment with new recipes brought joy to the community. His pizzas became a beloved staple for many. In his quieter moments, he enjoyed 3D printing, a hobby that reflected his innovative spirit. A devoted sports fan, Walter cheered wholeheartedly for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Above all, family was the center of Walter’s world. He shared a profound and unwavering love with his wife, Jennifer, and cherished his daughters and grandchildren, turning everyday moments into memories that will endure. His quiet personality and dry sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Faber; daughters, Kimberly Faber (Chris) and Carrie Ann Rich (Ryon); grandchildren, Lyli Rich, Natalie Tomassi, Soren Tomassi, Chloe Rich, Adam Rich, and Logan Wade Rich; and siblings, Judy Noetzel, Janet Lange, David Faber (Diane), Kathy Faber (Marty), and Greg Faber (Karla). Walter was preceded in death by his parents, Walt and Geraldine Faber, his brother, Kenny Faber, and his sister, Carol Brenner.
