Virginia was born in Stilson, Georgia, to the late John and Nettie Guice. She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga-Northwest Georgia area and was proud to be a member of the Hamilton Community Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Virginia enjoyed animals and gardening and was essentially a "jack of all trades." She was accomplished as a nurse, cosmetologist, and upholstery seamstress. She could do anything she set her mind to. Above all, Virginia treasured her family and cherished every moment with them. Virginia was loved by her family and everyone who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.Virginia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Warner Eugene Guice; parents, John M. and Nettie Leona Guice; and brother, Buddy Lee.Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Walter Guice of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Mary Katherine Guice of Ringgold, Georgia.A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
