It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Frances Betts Morgan of Central Square, New York, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ellis and Moett Lee Pippin; her former husband George Ira Betts; and her husband Milton Morgan. She is survived by: her children, George David Betts (Marie Green) of Central Square, Dean Pippin Betts (Marie) of Punta Gorda, Dwight Burton Betts of Lake Placid, Florida and Rhonda Compton (Larry) of Melbourne, Florida; and her stepchildren, Jim Morgan (Beth) of Raddison, Linda Murphy (Chuck) of Statesboro, Georgia and Karen Scusa of Statesboro, Georgia. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Traub Funeral Home Inc. (684 N Main St, Central Square, NY 13036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
