She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Worzel and Blanche Worzel (Quick); and her husband Samuel C. Fredericks. She is survived by: her children, Jeff, John, Jim and Jane. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren as well as a large host of friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Stroyan Funeral Home (405 W Harford St, Milford, PA 18337).
