He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton and Mary Meadie Milton (Wright); and his wives, Janet G. Milton and Mary Lynn Milton (Davis). He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie June Keeton (Brandon) of Harrodsburg, KY; his stepsons, Michael Joe Redding, Patrick Redding and Timothy Case; his sisters, Betty Land and Margaret Smith; and his grandchildren, Dylan Devine and Dakota Milton. He is also survived by six step grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
