Violet Levenhagen

Violet J. Levenhagen, 89, a lifelong resident of Kittson County, Minnesota and dedicated Lake Bronson area farmer, passed away at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota on Monday, March 9, 2026.

Born and raised in Kittson County, Violet spent her entire life tending the land she loved. She was known for her quiet strength, steadfast work ethic, and deep commitment to her family and community. Her days were shaped by the rhythms of farm life, where she found purpose and contentment in caring for her home and those around her.

She is survived by her loving family, who will carry forward the values of hard work, humility, and devotion she lived by every day. Violet’s memory will remain a gentle and enduring presence in the lives of all who knew her.
