Vincile Mullins

Vincile I. “Tudy” Wood-Williams-Mullins, age 88, of Logan, Ohio, passed away on March 7, 2026, at Embassy of Logan.

Born on June 18, 1937, in Richmond, Indiana, Tudy graduated from Gibisonville High School in 1955. A devoted mother and grandmother, she worked various jobs when needed to support her family while raising her children in the Gibisonville United Methodist Church. She found great joy in singing and writing programs for the church, sharing her talents and faith with those around her.

She is survived by her children, Charles (Diane) Williams of Georgia, John (Sharon) Williams of Gibisonville, Jack (Theresa) Williams of South Bloomingville, Vincile (John) James of New Concord, Jane (Steve) Kibble of Rockbridge, and Paul (Sandy) Williams of Gibisonville; her sisters, Narcie Stahr and Valerie Dunetz; 19 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Tudy was preceded in death by her father, Orville Wood; her mother, Elma (Hoover) Wood-Chambers; her first husband, Charles Williams; her second husband, Gaylord Mullins; her infant daughter, Judith Ann Williams; her sisters, Bonnie Ricketts, Maxine Bauman, and Karen Hunter; and her brother, Wayne Wood.
