Victor George Meno, age 83, of Morley, passed away on March 14, 2026, at his home. Born in Belding on January 12, 1943, he was the son of Louis and Reva (Conner) Meno.
Victor worked for General Motors for 23 years as a proud member of the UAW. He was remarkably handy, always tinkering in the garage, repairing things around the house, or creating something from scratch. A dedicated outdoorsman, he found his greatest joy in fishing. He loved taking his boat to local lakes in pursuit of bluegill and his favorite, speckled bass. When his sons were young, he happily brought both boys along; in later years, Charles most often shared that passion with him.
Victor possessed a sharp mind and a deep knowledge of antique cars, often engaging in long conversations on the subject. Though he could be rough around the edges, stubborn, and set in his ways, he took great pride in his family and was known for his intelligence and wit.
He is survived by his wife, Freida Meno; his children, Thomas Meno and Charles (Barbara) Meno; grandchildren Hannah and Hayden; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Patricia Meno, his sisters Doris, Violet, and Carolyn, and his brother Donald Meno.
