Vicky Lynn Campbell, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 12, 2026, at UofL Hospital.
Born on March 27, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Vicky was the daughter of Thomas and Janice Freeman. She worked as a nursing aide, bringing a caring heart and quiet dedication to those she served. A devoted Christian, her faith remained a steady and meaningful part of her life.
Vicky found her greatest joy in time spent with family, cherishing every moment shared with them. An avid animal lover, she held a special place in her heart for her beloved pug dogs. She also enjoyed fishing and being outdoors whenever she could.
She will be remembered for her kind spirit, compassionate nature, and the love she gave so freely to her family, friends, and the many lives she touched. Vicky was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Freeman, and a sister, Loretta Kay Freeman. She is survived by her loving sons, Jesse and James Freeman; her mother, Janice Freeman; sisters, Janice Arbuckle and Patricia Eglian; brother, Roger Baker; and her lifetime companion, James Edward Callahan.
