VICKI L. DOW

Vicki L. Dow, 74, of Wellsboro, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Born on May 12, 1951, in Paterson, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and A. Marie (Aungst) Nessman.

Vicki worked for many years as a lab pathology technician. She also served with Haven of Tioga County and the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro. She found quiet joy in reading and following her favorite crime and medical dramas on television.

She is survived by her son, Jason Dow of Wellsboro; her sister, Maureen Hughes of Wellsboro; her sister-in-law, Linda Dow of Florida; her grandchildren, Jordan Dow, Jakob Catarouche, Ashlyn Catarouche, Jackson Dow, and Connor Dow; and her nephews, Ryan Dow, Eric Muehter, and Joe Muehter. Vicki was predeceased by her brother, Jeff Dow, and her dear best friend, Gail Silver.
