She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Simpson and Betty Simpson (Miller); her sister Cindy Simpson; her in-laws, Melvin and Joyce Wallace; and her brother-in-law Bradley Wallace.

She is survived by: her husband David Wallace of Zeigler; her children, Rachel Lane (John Flora) of Zeigler and Thad Bailey (Cheryl) of Sesser; her sisters, Deanna McKinney (Ken) of Chino Valley, AZ and Lisa Kyle (Rick) of Cottonwood, AZ.; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Daley (Sterling) of Portola, CA and Brian Wallace of Florence, AZ.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vantrease-Pyle Funeral Home of Zeigler (101 S Wilcox Ave, Zeigler, IL 62999). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
