He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stauffeneker Sr. and Lila Stauffeneker; his sisters, Anne Olson and Sheila Sauvola; his daughter Marjorie Mattila; his sons-in-law, Mark Mattila and Bradley Seppala; and his grandchildren, Max Mattila, Katie Mattila, Marcie Mattila and Adam Mattila.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stauffeneker; his children, Tracy Seppala, Annette Onkalo (David), Dutch Stauffeneker (Kristen), Emily Questad (Larry), Gretchen Hill (Jon), Betsy Lambert (Dan), Ester Lawn (Daniel), Diane Bilodeau (David), Andrea Gould (John) and Chris Stauffeneker (Sonia); and his siblings, Linda Coleman, Eileen Seppala, Pete Stauffeneker, Janice Parkonen and Amy Troxell. He is also survived by grandchildren (57); great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Hope Fellowship Church (16 Prescott Rd, Jaffrey, NH 03452).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Skeet's name to the Community Hospice House located at 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.
