Verlene Henderson

In loving memory of Verlene Henderson of Niles, Ohio, who departed this world on March 5, 2026 at the age of 101. Verlene leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayborn S. Lowry and Alma J. Lowry (Stevens); her husband Eugene F. Henderson; her sons, Keith Henderson and Rodney Lowry; and her siblings, Belva Hartley, Ermal Harris, Virginia Wolf, Evelene Gilkson, Bertha Williams and Delvon Lowry.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Henderson (Judy) of Oro Valley, Ariz, Glenn A. Henderson (Jane), N. J. and Karen Bresnahan (Patrick) of Niles, Ohio; and her siblings, Fred Lowry (Joyce) of Pensacola, Fla. and Iris Lackey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Inc. (300 S Vine St, Carmichaels, PA 15320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at the Highland Cemetery (375 Steel Hill Rd, Mt Morris, PA 15349).
