Venita Virginia Portales

With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Venita Virginia Portales, 52, of Denton, TX, who left this world on March 14, 2026. While our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the time we were blessed to share with her.

Venita was born on May 11, 1973 in Lamesa, TX to Alfredo and Dora Portales. From an early age she showed kindness, curiosity and humor, qualities that remained with her throughout life. She spent her life touching countless lives along the way.

Venita leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her parents Alfredo and Dora Portales And her brothers Jose Luis Portales, Juan Manuel Portales, and her sister Leticia Portales Tapia.

Though she is no longer with us, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.

A mass will be held on Friday March 20, 2026 at 10AM at St. Mark Catholic Church in Argyle, TX where family and friends will gather to remember a life so deeply loved.

Forever loved. Forever remembered.
