Velton loved fishing, music and especially spending time with his grandchildren.Velton was preceded in death by his mother Frances M. Vaughn, father Leroy Foster, brothers Gregory B. Carter, Brent Lloyd and grandparents.He is survived by his daughter Shalisa V. Carter, Grandchildren Anilah Ferguson and Rodrick Ferguson, Sister Ronda J. Carter, aunt Phyllis M. Brok, devoted partner Linda Moore, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.His love, wisdom and memory will last a lifetime for his daughter and loved ones.A Celebration of Life for Velton will be held at a later date in April.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
