He was born on September 1, 1970, in Fremont, Ohio, to David Burroughs and Karen (Nycum) Burroughs.Troy was the father of Haley (Zachary) Keel of Fremont. He is also survived by his Mother Karen Burroughs, and brothers, Robert Kramer, Tracy Burroughs, and Justin (Lindsay) Sutter.Troy enjoyed watching football, playing the guitar, and anything involving music. One of his favorite artists was Merle Haggard, whose music he especially enjoyed. He also loved cooking and spending time doing the things that brought him comfort and joy.He was preceded in death by his father, David Burroughs; his grandparents, Mary and George Burroughs; his nephew, Skylar Burroughs; and his beloved dog, Lilly.In accordance with the family's wishes, no services will be held.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
