Trisha Marie Stites

Trisha Marie Stites, 35, of Lake Orion, Michigan, passed away on March 9, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with systemic sclerosis.

She is survived by her mother Kimberly (Brent) Beer, her father Ritchie Moya, her sister Emily, her brother Ritchie Jr., and her grandparents Rudy (Esther) Moya and Steven Stites. She was the beloved granddaughter of the late Connie Stites and was deeply loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Though her family’s hearts are broken, they find comfort in the brave way she lived and in knowing she is no longer in pain.

Trisha’s animals were a central part of her life and brought her immense joy. Her beloved dogs, Niemo and Bubba—whom she affectionately called her boys—were constant companions who offered comfort, loyalty, and unconditional love. She was also a devoted cat mom to Bebe and Little Girl, whose personalities filled her home with warmth. The deep bond she shared with them reflected the gentle and loving spirit she carried within.

Trisha’s life was a testament to strength, love, and perseverance. Though her time with us was far too short, the light she brought into the world and the memories of her courage and gentle spirit will remain with all who knew and loved her.
